The Brief:

To completely re-design the internals of the badly damaged foyer from the January 2011 floods.
The foyer pre-flood was tired and designed only to serve students basic needs. Twelve years on, due to the fantastic location of the building to the City and Southbank, many professionals are trickling into the building either to buy or rent. Therefore, the foyer required a modern sophisticated look whilst maintaining a relaxed feel. With funds extremely tight, due to the enormous amount of damage incurred, it had to be approached it with as much creative innovation without breaking the budget.
