The developers brought DaniLouisDesign in to help oversee the design aspects of the build from cabinetry materials, fixtures and fittings, kitchen design, window trim colours, lighting, flooring, tiles, internal and external paint colours.

Dani Louis Design homestaged two of the completed townhouses for potential buyers, so they can easily visualise living there. One with bamboo flooring and the other with tiles.

The positive feedback in the design and styling has been incrediable. Already half have sold for $20,000 – $25,000 over the asking price resulting in the highest sales price for any Town Houses in Annerley.

Build completed end of February 2014. Only 1 left to buy.
